These terms are the deal between you and Caadit. We kept them as short and as human as a legal document allows: what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
In plain words
- Caadit is free forever. No signup, no credit card, no ads, and no paywall on core moment creation.
- You own everything you create. We only take the limited license we need to store your moment and show it to the people you share it with.
- Only clone your own voice, or a voice you have real permission to clone.
- We earn money from optional gift cards and optional premium features, never from selling your content or your data.
- AI can get things wrong, so review your moment before you send it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
1. Acceptance of these terms
Welcome to Caadit. We are glad you are here. These Terms of Service represent the agreement between you and Caadit when you use our website, services, and Creative Intelligence Engine (collectively, the "Service").
We have worked hard to make these Terms clear and readable, with no confusing legal jargon where we can avoid it. By accessing or using Caadit, you are agreeing to these Terms. If anything does not make sense, please reach out at hi@caadit.com and we will be happy to explain.
When you use Caadit, whether you are creating your first birthday moment or your hundredth sympathy moment, you are entering into a legal agreement with us. By using the Service, you confirm the following:
- Age Requirement: You are at least 13 years of age, or 16 where local law sets the higher bar. Caadit is not directed to children under 13. A younger child is welcome to make a moment together with a parent or guardian, on that adult's device and under that adult's account; the adult is the user and agrees to these Terms.
- Legal Capacity: You have the authority to enter into these Terms. This means you are not legally prohibited from using our Service, and if you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you have the authority to do so.
- Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including copyright laws, privacy laws, and any other relevant regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Accuracy: Any information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. While we do not require account creation, if you do provide information such as an email address, we trust that it is correct.
2. What Caadit is
Caadit is a platform that uses Creative Intelligence to transform your emotions and ideas into beautiful, personalized moments in under 60 seconds. Think of us as your personal designer who never sleeps, never charges extra, and always understands what you need.
Our core features
- Creative Intelligence-Powered Design: Using Google Gemini, we analyze your message, occasion, and preferences to create custom moment designs that look professionally crafted. No design skills required. Just tell us what you are feeling and we will make it beautiful.
- Voice Recording and Enhancement: Record your voice directly in your browser, with no app to download. We use ElevenLabs to ensure your voice sounds crystal clear, removing background noise and enhancing audio quality automatically.
- AI-Generated Music: Powered by Meta's MusicGen, every moment can have a custom soundtrack that matches the mood and emotion of your message (upbeat birthday music, gentle sympathy melodies, or anything in between).
- Photo Upload and Integration: Add personal photos that get seamlessly integrated into your moment design. Our Creative Intelligence automatically adjusts layouts, applies filters, and positions images for maximum emotional impact.
- Professional Templates: While our AI can create completely custom designs, we also offer a library of professionally designed templates across all major occasions (birthdays, weddings, sympathy, holidays, thank-you moments, and more).
- Instant Sharing via Unique URLs: Every moment you create gets a unique, secure URL you can share via text, email, social media, or any other platform. Recipients can view your moment on any device, no app required, no signup needed.
- Mobile-First, Works Everywhere: Create and view moments on smartphones, tablets, or desktops. Our responsive design ensures your moments look great on any screen size.
Our mission is to make emotional expression free, fast, and accessible to everyone, from someone sending their first birthday moment to grandparents sharing heartfelt sympathy messages.
3. Our promise: free service and a transparent business model
Caadit is free forever. We mean it. No trial periods. No freemium tricks. No mandatory upgrades. You can create unlimited moments with full access to our Creative Intelligence Engine, voice recording, AI music, and all templates, completely free.
What "free forever" means
- No signup required, start creating and sending unlimited moments immediately, without creating an account
- No credit card, we will never ask for payment information to use core features
- No advertisements, zero ads, no pop-ups, no banners interrupting your experience
- No hidden fees, all core moment creation and sharing features remain free, always
- No paywalls on core features, voice recording, AI music, and custom designs are all included at no cost
How we make money
We believe in honest, transparent business practices. Here is exactly how Caadit earns revenue:
Optional gift card purchases
When creating a moment, you have the option to attach a digital gift card from providers like Amazon, Starbucks, or Visa. This is completely optional. You can always skip it and just send the moment. If you choose to add a gift card, we earn a small commission from the gift card provider. This is our primary revenue source and it is fully aligned with your interests: we only make money when we help you send a thoughtful gift.
Optional premium features
We offer optional premium features such as advanced animations, priority rendering, extended moment storage, or team and enterprise accounts. These are entirely optional. The core experience of creating and sending unlimited moments remains free. Premium features are clearly labeled and priced, and we will never move a previously free feature behind a paywall.
4. Your content, your rights: ownership and licensing
You own your content
You retain complete ownership of everything you create on Caadit. This includes:
- Your voice recordings
- Your photos and images
- The text and messages you write
- The final moment design, created in collaboration with our AI but owned by you
License you grant to Caadit
To provide our Service, you grant Caadit a limited license to use your content. Here is what that means in plain English:
What we can do with your content
- Store it securely on our servers
- Process it through our Creative Intelligence Engine to generate your moment
- Display it to people you choose to share it with via the unique moment URL
- Create thumbnails and previews for your use
- Make backup copies to protect against data loss
What we cannot do with your content
- Sell it to third parties
- Use your voice recordings in advertising
- Display your personal photos publicly without permission
- Train AI models on your personal content
- Share it with anyone except the people you explicitly choose to share with
This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and lasts only as long as you use Caadit's Service. If you delete your moment, we delete your content subject to standard backup retention periods for disaster recovery.
AI-generated content
Content generated by our Creative Intelligence Engine (moment designs, music) is provided to you with a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal use. This means:
- You can use your AI-generated moment forever and share it with anyone you want
- You can print it, screenshot it, or save it
- You may not resell the AI-generated designs to others commercially
- You may not claim copyright ownership of the AI-generated elements, as they are licensed to you
Prohibited content
We want Caadit to be a safe, positive space for emotional expression. You may not create moments containing:
- Illegal content that violates local, state, national, or international laws
- Harmful or threatening material that promotes violence, self-harm, or threatens others
- Hate speech that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Harassment or bullying designed to intimidate, abuse, or demean individuals
- Explicit sexual content, as Caadit is a family-friendly platform designed for all ages
- Intellectual property infringement, including copyrighted characters or celebrity likenesses used without permission
- Spam or malicious content such as phishing attempts, malware, or deceptive practices
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of another person or organization
We reserve the right to remove prohibited content and suspend or terminate access for users who violate these policies. In serious cases involving illegal content or threats, we may report violations to law enforcement.
5. Voice rules
Voice is powerful, so the rules are strict and simple:
- Clone only your own voice, or the voice of a person who has clearly given you permission.
- No impersonation. Never use a recorded or cloned voice to pretend to be someone in a way meant to deceive, defraud or harm.
- No harmful synthetic speech. Do not generate speech that harasses, threatens or misleads.
We may remove voice clones and content that break these rules and, for serious or repeated abuse, suspend access to voice features or the service. If you believe your voice has been used on Caadit without your permission, contact hi@caadit.com and we will act quickly.
6. Privacy and data collection
Your privacy matters deeply to us. Caadit is built on a foundation of minimal data collection and maximum transparency. We only collect what we absolutely need to make your moments beautiful and shareable.

7. Third-party services and integration partners
To deliver the magic of Caadit, we partner with some of the world's leading AI and technology companies. When you use our Service, your content may be processed by these trusted third-party providers:
Google Gemini (AI design and text processing)
What they do: Gemini analyzes your text prompts, occasion, and preferences to generate custom moment designs and layout recommendations.
Data shared: Your text messages, design preferences, and occasion type. Voice recordings, personal photos, and contact details are not shared with Gemini.
Privacy: Google Privacy Policy
ElevenLabs (voice enhancement)
What they do: ElevenLabs processes your voice recordings to remove background noise, normalize volume, and ensure clear audio quality.
Data shared: Your raw voice recording is sent for processing and immediately deleted from their servers after enhancement, typically within seconds. They do not retain your voice for AI training.

Meta MusicGen (AI music generation)
What they do: MusicGen creates original, royalty-free music tailored to your moment's emotional tone.
Data shared: Only music style preferences and duration requirements. No personal information is shared.

Google Analytics
What they do: Helps us understand how visitors use Caadit (which pages are visited most, session duration, device types, and general geographic regions).
Data shared: Aggregated usage data including page views, session behavior, and country-level location. Your moment content, voice recordings, and personal identity are not shared with Google Analytics.

Cloudflare (network security and performance)
What they do: All traffic to Caadit passes through Cloudflare's network, which protects against DDoS attacks, filters malicious requests, and ensures fast content delivery worldwide.
Data shared: Network traffic metadata including IP addresses and request information. Cloudflare does not receive your moment content.

Payment processors (Stripe and PayPal)
What they do: Process optional purchases such as attached gift cards or premium feature upgrades. The core moment creation experience is always free.
Important: Caadit never sees or stores your credit card numbers. All payment data goes directly to the payment processor using PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant encryption.

Additional and future AI providers
While we carefully select partners who share our commitment to privacy and security, Caadit is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies to understand how they handle your data.
8. Intellectual property rights
Caadit's platform represents years of development, innovation, and creativity. We protect our intellectual property so we can continue improving the Service for everyone.
What Caadit owns
- The Caadit name, logo, and branding
- The Creative Intelligence Engine and its underlying algorithms
- The website code, design system, and user interface
- Our professional moment template designs (not your customized versions)
- Our proprietary moment creation workflow and UX innovations
- Documentation, marketing materials, and other content we create
What you may not do
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of Caadit's code or design
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our Creative Intelligence algorithms
- Create a competing service using Caadit's intellectual property
- Use the Caadit name or logo without written permission
- Frame, mirror, or republish our website content
- Scrape or data-mine our Service using bots or automated tools
Fair Use: You may reference Caadit in articles, reviews, or social media posts. Screenshots and links are welcome. Please do not misrepresent our Service or imply endorsement we have not given.
9. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
This section contains legal boilerplate required by law. We have done our best to keep it readable.
Service provided "as is"
Caadit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to make Caadit reliable, fast, and free of bugs, we cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime. Servers occasionally need maintenance or may experience outages
- Error-free operation. Bugs happen, and we fix them as quickly as we can
- Uninterrupted access. Your internet connection or our hosting providers may have issues
- Complete security. We implement best practices, but no system is entirely immune to attack
- Perfect AI outputs. Creative Intelligence is powerful but can occasionally make mistakes
AI-generated content disclaimer
Our Creative Intelligence Engine uses advanced AI models to generate moment designs and music. While incredibly powerful, AI-generated content may occasionally be:
- Inaccurate or contextually off. AI does not always understand nuance perfectly
- Unexpected or inappropriate despite our content filters
- Visually imperfect in areas like text alignment or color choices
- Musically mismatched to the intended mood
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caadit and its founders, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, including:
- Lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities
- Damage resulting from your inability to use Caadit
- Unexpected costs or losses related to using the Service
Maximum liability cap
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. You may have additional rights that vary by state or country.
10. Termination of service
Your right to stop using Caadit
You can stop using Caadit at any time, no explanations needed, no cancellation process required. Since we do not require account creation, simply stop visiting the site. If you want us to delete moments you have created, email us at hi@caadit.com with the moment URLs and we will permanently remove them.
Our right to terminate access
While we hope it never comes to this, Caadit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:
- Violate these Terms, including prohibited content policies or intellectual property rules
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or other harmful behavior
- Use Caadit for fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or other illegal purposes
- Run bots, scrape our site, or use Caadit in ways that degrade performance for other users
- Receive repeated reports from other users about abusive or inappropriate content
In most cases, we will give you a warning before terminating access unless the violation is severe, such as illegal content. We are a team of people building a tool for people, and we will try to resolve issues together whenever possible.
11. Changes to these terms
As Caadit grows and evolves, we may need to update these Terms. When we do, we will:
- Post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date
- Display a prominent notice on our website for significant changes
- Email you about major changes affecting your rights, if you have provided an email address
Continued use of Caadit after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you can stop using the Service. We will never make retroactive changes that affect moments you have already created.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Informal Resolution First: Before filing any lawsuit, we both agree to try to resolve disputes informally. Email us at hi@caadit.com, explain the issue, and give us 30 days to work it out. Most problems can be solved with a conversation.
13. Miscellaneous provisions
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement: These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Caadit.
Assignment: You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer our rights if Caadit is acquired or merged.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or widespread internet outages.
